LRT Sri Petaling Line
(Sentul Timur – Putra Heights)
The Sri Petaling Line is part of the older LRT network that connects central Kuala Lumpur to the southern suburbs of the Klang Valley. Starting from Sentul Timur, the line runs through densely populated urban and suburban areas, ending at Putra Heights, where it interchanges with the Kelana Jaya Line.
This line is well-connected to multiple rail systems, offering convenient access to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) and an indirect connection to KL Sentral through the Kelana Jaya Line.
Interchange Stations and Connections
Sentul Timur
Terminal station shared with the Ampang Line. No direct interchange but connects nearby to Sentul and Titiwangsa MRT stations via short drives or feeder buses.
Titiwangsa
Connects to the KL Monorail and MRT Putrajaya Line. Nearby is Hospital Kuala Lumpur and cultural sites like the National Art Gallery and Istana Budaya.
Hang Tuah
Interchange with KL Monorail. Convenient access to Bukit Bintang, Lalaport BBCC, and other city attractions.
Masjid Jamek
Interchange with LRT Kelana Jaya Line. Strategic link to KLCC, KL Sentral, and shopping districts. Also close to Central Market and Dataran Merdeka.
Chan Sow Lin
Interchange with LRT Ampang Line. Transfers to reach eastern neighborhoods or to loop back to Ampang.
Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS)
Major interchange with KLIA Transit and KTM Komuter. Also the location of Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) – the primary southern bus terminal for intercity travel.
Putra Heights
Interchange with the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. Gateway to Subang Jaya and access to routes heading toward Petaling Jaya and the city center.
